By uploading files to Lambuth University's web server, you acknowledge the following:

1. I understand that the Internet is a public venue, and that anyone with an Internet connection is free to view any information that I upload to the server.

2. I understand that despite the public nature of this service, I still own and control the copyright to any information, files, images, or other items which I place on Lambuth's web server, unless it is copyrighted by another party, in which case I will obtain explicit permission from the copyright holder before putting it on Lambuth's web server.

3. I understand that I may, at any time, remove my files from my account on Lambuth's web server.

4. I understand and agree that Lambuth's faculty and staff may remove without notice any items which I have uploaded to Lambuth's web server which may violate US or International copyright laws, be deemed offensive, obscene, or inappropriate, or violate the terms of use of this service.
